What do you understand by the ‘Right to Protection’ by law?

This right includes the right to recognition as a person before law, right to judicial remedy, freedom from arbitrary arrest, detention or exile, the right to a fair trial and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, the right to be presumed innocent unless proved guilty. Right to protection of law against attacks on freedom from arbitrary interference with privacy, family, home or correspondence, honour and reputation.
