Explain the term ‘Collective Responsibility’.
उत्तर
‘Collective Responsibility’ means that all members of the cabinet are collectively responsible to the Lok Sabha, not as individuals but as a group. If a vote of no-confidence motion is passed against any member of the cabinet, then the entire cabinet has to resign.
