Matters involving legal issues, interpretation of International Law, disputes among parties involving international convention, customs and general practices accepted as law, general principles of law recognized by nations, general decisions and teachings of great jurists of various nations are dealt with in the International Court of Justice.
The Court also decides on the reparation a party has to make for breach of an international agreement and solves disputes pertaining to the interpretation of the International Law.
