For example, if waste is dumped onto the ground, it will be a breeding place for many disease-causing organisms such as bacteria, viruses, etc. and their vectors such as mosquitoes, house flies etc. It will also cause soil and water pollution. The atmosphere surrounding the dumping ground will also be polluted.
