Allahabad Pillar Inscription is one of the most epigraphic evidence of the Imperial Gupta. Achievements of different rulers of the Gupta image are mentioned in Allahabad Pillar Inscription. It gives a vivid description of the reign and conquest of Samudra- Gupta. Historians, both ancient and modem, have considered the historical value of Allahabad pillar. It provides a pretty impressive list of Kings and the tribal republic that were conquered by Samudragupta.
