प्रश्न
Work in groups and write a paragraph on “Laughter is the best medicine.”
उत्तर
A good laugh heals a lot of hurts. It is a mighty good thing that sets everything straight. It is a powerful antidote to stress, pain and conflict. Nothing works faster to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humour lightens your burden, inspires hope, connects you to others and keeps you grounded, focussed and alert. A good hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after. It improves the function of blood and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against heart attack and other vascular diseases. Shared laughter is one of the most effective tool. When laughter is shared, it binds people together and increases happiness and intimacy. Therefore, one should always maintain postive attitude in life and keep laughing to stay healthy and happy.
