- Wood for furniture: wood obtained from pine, cedar, and fir is used as furniture and timber.
- Medicines: Poultice is made by grinding the seeds, bark, and megasporophyll of Cycas. Taxal medicine is obtained from Texas bevafolia. Which is used in cancer Thuja leaves are boiled and used to cure fever, cough, and arthritis.
- Abies balsamea: Canada balsam is obtained from, cedar wood oil from Juniperus and turpentine oil from Pinus.
