Dear Sir,
Subject: Request to set up a bus stop in our village
With reference to the above mentioned subject, I would like to draw your attention towards the requirement of a bus stop. I am a resident of Gopalpur and there is no bus stop in our village.
The setting up of a bus stop will facilitate all the people in the village as it will make going to school possible for children and reaching office for adults. It will also give us access to the government hospital for the patients who cannot be treated in the village hospital.
I humbly request you to look into the matter and take the necessary actions.
Yours sincerely,
Amna
