2. Excellent Connectivity: The area is well-connected by highways and trains, enabling efficient transportation of raw materials and completed goods.
3. Access to skilled labour: Having competent labour available at reasonable pay in nearby places can help reduce industry costs.
4. Proximity to Ports: Close ports would facilitate the export of finished steel products and expand the industry's reach globally.
