Solution

Volume of ethanol (solute) = 3.5 litre

Volume of aqueous solution = 15 litre

The volume of the solution = `"Volume of the solute" /"Volume of the solution" ×100`

= `3.5/15 × 100`

Volume percentage = 23.33 %.
