Question
A flask contains 3.2g of sulphur dioxide. Calculate the following: The number of molecules of sulphur dioxide present in the flask.
Solution
Number of molecules = Moles x 6.023 x 1023
So, number of molecules of SO2 = O.O5 x 6.023 x 1023
= 0.30115 x 1023 = 0.302 x 1023
