i = 74°, r = 37°

${\displaystyle n=\frac{\sin i}{\sin r}=\frac{\sin 74°}{\sin 37°}=\frac{0.9613}{0.6018}=1.597}$

∴ n= 1. 597, is the refractive index of the glass.
