Question
Answer the following question:
Give one difference between natural harbors and artificial harbors.
Solution
The natural harbors generally occur along a fairly indented coastal line. If an inlet or a backwater bay penetrates inland for long distances, it facilitates the transportation of large cargo to the further inland from the open sea.
Artificial harbors are constructed by dredging and erecting a wall against the sea along the coastline.
