Solution
Total money with Arun
= (5 × 1) + (1 × 2) + (4 × 0.5)
= 5 + 2 + 2
= Rs 9
Cost of one soap = Rs 8.75
Arun will get back
= 9 – 8.75
= (900 – 875) paise
= 25 paise
= Rs 0.25
