ΣDi = 20 + 30 + 40 = 90
ΣPi = 1000 + 3000 + 2000 = 6000
CDR for district A = `(ΣD_i)/(ΣP_i) xx 1000`
= `90/6000 xx 1000`
= 15 per thousand.
