Given atomic mass of Cu = 63·5, H = 1, O = 16, C = 12, N = 14, Mg = 24, S = 32

Solution

The molecular mass of Na2SO4.10H2O

= (2 x 22.99) + (1 x 32.06) + 4 x 16.00) + (10 x 18.02)

= 45.98 + 32.06 + 64.00 + 180.2

= 322.24
