Independence Day
Introduction and Welcome Speech: Good morning everyone present here. I welcome you all for our Independence day function.
Our 73rd Independence Day is celebrated on this bright and sunny morning. We commemorate this day with great enthusiasm, happiness, and thankfulness because it was on this day in 1947 that our nation was liberated from British dominion. We can only congregate here and speak freely today because of our country's freedom fighters. Despite the fact that we were all born after 1947, we can still picture the valour and hardships of our compatriots. Let us have a round of applause for them.
Flat hoisting and National Anthem: Thank you. I would now request our respected Principal Sir to do the honour of hoisting the tricolour. I request the audience to strand. College music team, please step forward to sing the National Anthem.
Pledge: Thank you. Please remain standing for the pledge.
Principal's Speech: Thank you. Please be seated. Our respected Principal will now address the audience.
Songs: Thank you, Sir, for your motivational speech. We are indeed lucky to have our elders to motivate and support us. Our musicians will now give us a medley of songs.
