  • Increased Stress and Anxiety: The fast pace of technological advancements has led to an increase in stress and anxiety. People are constantly pressured to keep up with innovations, often leading to mental health issues.

  • Health Problems: While life expectancy has increased, a sedentary lifestyle, excessive screen time, and dependency on technology have resulted in health issues like obesity, heart problems, and poor mental health.

  • Environmental Damage: Technological development has led to industrialization, which contributes to pollution, climate change, and depletion of natural resources, jeopardizing the planet's future.

  • Loss of Human Connection: Although communication technology connects people virtually, it often weakens real-life relationships, as people spend more time on screens than with their loved ones.
