Solution
A sanctuary is a protected area where the wild animals can live in their natural surroundings. Hunting, an entry with weapons, lighting a fire, and using substances injurious to wildlife are prohibited while fishing and grazing of livestock may be allowed on a controlled basis. Entry or residence in it may be granted for the purpose of photography, Scientific research, or tourism.
For example – Sanjay Gandhi Bird Sanctuary, Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, Periyar Bird Sanctuary, etc.
