Once a schoolboy was returning from his school, walking along the railway line, and he noticed something unusual. A large tree had fallen across the tracks due to the previous night’s storm. The boy, named Rohan, immediately realized that if a train came, it could lead to a disastrous accident.

He looked around but found no one nearby to help. Suddenly, he heard the distant sound of an approaching train. Without wasting a second, he took off his red school scarf and ran towards the train, waving it frantically. The train driver saw the boy waving and immediately applied the emergency brakes. The train came to a screeching halt just a few meters before the fallen tree.

The railway authorities soon arrived, and with the help of local villagers, the tree was removed. The station master and the passengers praised Rohan for his bravery and quick thinking. His heroic act saved many lives, and he was later honored by the railway department for his presence of mind and courage.
