Question
Dissolve two spoons of common salt in half a cup of water. Now if you want to get the salt back, what will you do?
Solution
We can get back the salt we dissolved in water by two methods-
- Either heating the salted water in a pan on a burner.
- Alternatively, keep the salted water pan in the sun.
In both ways, the water will evaporate in the form of water vapours, and the salt will have to remain back in the pan.
