Solution

We realise that magnetic field lines are created when an electric current passes through a circular coil. The magnetic field lines that form around any point in the current carrying loop take the shape of concentric circles around the coil in question. However, the concentration of field lines diminishes with increasing distance from the circular loop. Additionally, there is a greater concentration of field lines inside than outside. Additionally, you may observe that the center's magnetic field line is a straight line.

By using the right-hand thumb rule, we were able to determine the field lines' direction. Simply wrap your right palm around the circular wire with your fingers pointing in the direction of the current to apply the thumb rule. Your thumb will then indicate the direction of the magnetic field. According to the figure, the magnetic field lines are orientated in an anticlockwise way on the left side where the current is flowing upward and in a clockwise direction on the right side where the current is flowing downhill. As was already mentioned, the magnetic field line is a straight line at the centre. One could think of the north pole as the side of the loop where the magnetic field lines seem to originate, and the south pole as the side where the field lines seem to terminate. Stated differently, a current-carrying circular loop functions as a magnetic dipole.
