Dear Sir,

I'm Raghav, and I live in the Kurla area. Since there have been unsanitary circumstances in our region for the past three weeks, I wish to bring your attention to this important issue. Therefore, I wish to publish it in your prestigious newspaper in order to alert the relevant authorities.

Our locality has become unhygienic and the residents find it hard to walk and live. Garbage is scattered all over and the drains are clogged. It makes everything smell bad. On roadways, dirty water overflows. The trash is dispersed by pigs and stray animals. In turn, these mounds serve as a breeding ground for insects like mosquitoes. Residents are exposed to numerous health risks as a result. If prompt action is not taken, diseases could spread.

Numerous complaints to the authorities have gone unanswered. Therefore, I ask that you publish this to force the relevant authorities to act quickly.
