2. Employee Resentment: Person morale may suffer when one person is promoted or transferred since it may cause jealously or hatred among those who were also vying for the same position.
3. Lack of Innovation and Stagnation: The condition could arise from relying just on internal sources since there might not be any fresh viewpoints. Since no fresh concepts are offered by outside applicants, it could reduce originality and creativity.
