- Human Resource (HR) Module: The Human Resource module helps the HR team manage human resources efficiently. It helps to manage employee information and track employee records like performance reviews, designations, job descriptions, skill matrix, time and attendance, etc. One of the important sub-modules in the HR module is the payroll system, which helps manage salaries, payment reports, etc. It can also include Travel Expenses and Reimbursement tracking, Employee Training tracking, etc.
- Inventory module: The inventory module is used to track the stock of items, which can be identified by using unique serial numbers. It can be used to track every item and trace its current location in the organisation.
- Sales module: Includes sales queries, enquiry analysis and handling quotation drafting, accepting sales orders, drafting invoices, dispatch and shipment of materials, etc.
- Purchase module: Takes care of all the processes which are part of the procurement of materials. Like supplier vendor listing, sending quotation request to vendors, receiving and recording quotations, analysing the quotations and preparing purchase orders, etc.
- Finance and accounting module: The inflow and outflow of money or capital are managed by the finance module. It keeps track of all account-related transactions like expenditures, balance sheet, bank statements, etc.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Module: CRM department helps to boost the sales performance through better customer service and establishing healthy relationship with customers. CRM module helps to manage and track detailed information of the customer like communication history, calls, meetings, details of purchases made by customer, contract duration etc.
