Question
Find the complement of 0.4 times of 130°.
Solution
We know that two angles are called complementary when their sum is 90°. Now
0.4 times of 130° = `4/10 xx 130^circ`
= 4 × 13° = 52°
∴ Its complement will be = 90° - 52° = 38°
