∠OPN = ∠ONP ...(ON and OP are the radius of the circle)
= 90°
In ΔOPN
∠PON + ∠ONP + ∠NPO = 180° ...(Sum of the angles of a triangle)
70° + x° + x° = 180°
2x° + 70° = 180°
2x = 180° – 70°
2x = 110°
x = `(110^circ)/2`
= 55°
The value of x = 55°
