Persons with diabetes (A), leukaemia (B), meningitis (D) or hepatitis (E) cannot donate their eyes.
Meningitis and hepatitis are infectious diseases whereas leukaemia is a type of blood cancer and is communicable. Diabetic patients also cannot donate their eyes.
