3. The full realisation of fairness in agriculture was hampered by issues like vested interest resistance, legislative gaps, and the partial implementation of land reforms.
4. Addressing equality challenges in agriculture also requires consideration of other elements like markets, social welfare programs, technology, and financing availability. As a result, although eliminating middlemen was an important first step, it was insufficient to completely accomplish the objectives of agricultural fairness.
