Solution

Yes, I have eaten strawberries directly after plucking them from the strawberry bush. We had gone to Mahabaleshwar and were staying at a friend's place where they had strawberry farms. We were invited to the farm and the sight of the strawberries was so beautiful. We were told to pluck as many strawberries as we wanted. All of us started plucking strawberries and as we were plucking, we were also popping a few into our mouths. It was a wonderful experience eating the fruit directly from the tree.
