Clinical thermometer Laboratory thermometer
i. At home, this thermometer is used. It is primarily used to determine human body temperature. i. This thermometer is specifically designed for measuring the temperature of all things other than the human body.
ii. The temperature range of a clinical thermometer is only 35ºC to 42ºC. ii. The temperature range of a laboratory thermometer is -10ºC to 110ºC.
iii. A clinical thermometer has a kink. iii. A kink does not exist in a laboratory thermometer.
