`4/5` of an estate = Rs. 42,000

∴ Total value of estate = Rs. `42","000 xx 5/4`

= Rs. 10,500 × 5 = Rs. 52,500

and value of `3/7` of it = `3/7` of its value

`= 3/7 "of"  52","500 = 3/7 xx 52","500`

= 3 × 7500 = 22,500
