`(4x +4)/(9x - 10) = (4)^3/(5)^3`
`(4x +4)/(9x - 10) = 64/125`
500x + 500 = 576x - 640
576x - 500x = 500 + 640
76x = 1140
x = `(1140)/76 = 15`
