Ratenew = k[10 A]x
The rate of reaction increases by a factor of 100.
100 × rateold = k[10 A]x ...........(ii)
From Eq. (i) and (ii),
100 × k(A]x = k[10 A]x
100 = 10x
102 = 10x
x = 2
