If P-Q-R and d(P, Q) = 3.4, d(Q, R)= 5.7 then d(P, R) = ?
Solution
We have, d(P, Q) = 3.4; d(Q, R) = 5.7
Now, d(P, R) = d(P, Q) + d(Q, R) ...[P-Q-R]
= 3.4 + 5.7
∴ d(P, R) = 9.1
