Dear Ashna,
I hope this letter finds you in fine fettle and in high spirits. I hope you’re well settled by now at your new place of residence and school. I’m writing this letter to invite you to an event. This is about one of your favourite subjects – Healthcare and Biology.
My school is organizing a seminar on ‘Primary health care.’ It’ll be held on Sunday, the 21st of March, 2021 at Gandhi Memorial hall, Thane. It’ll start at 10:00 a.m and end by 5:00 p.m. It is really going to be interesting for you. The chief guest is none other than Dr. Atul Limaye. He is the same doctor who operated on your brother a few years ago when he had met with an accident. Remember, how calmly he handled your parents? I do.
Do come over as it’ll be quite useful and we’ll have great fun too. It’ll all be about the upkeep of our own health. Also, we can clear our doubts and queries about basic healthcare. It’ll be a great opportunity for practical learning. I’m looking forward to seeing you at the seminar.
Pay my regards to the elders in your family and love to the young ones. Please reply soon as I need to do registration for both of us.
Yours lovingly,
Pranav

Subject: Thanking Principal Sir for organizing the health seminar
Respected Sir,
I, Bhumika Patil, the Head Girl of the school from standard tenth, take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of the ninth and tenth-grade students for letting us organize the seminar on primary health care. All the students of the school were elated to be a part of the same. It was a wonderful experience altogether.
We, as students, the face of the future, need to understand the necessity of taking care of one’s own health at a personal level. The basics of the same are known to everyone, but somehow, the focus gets shifted to unhealthy conveniences. Primary health care, the theme of the seminar was completely apt for the youth as they tend to neglect their health and end up having an imbalanced diet. Therefore, this seminar was quite an eye-opener for us.
The honourable chief guest, Dr. Atul Limaye, was a great source of knowledge for all of us. He truly inspired us to take care of our own health in a simplistic and user-friendly way. I’m sure that the takeaway from this seminar will not be forgotten by the students of our school. They will surely make use of it in their own ways.
Lastly, I’d like to thank you and the school authorities again for letting us organize such a useful event. It was a great success. All students hope to get educated in the same interesting ways in the future.
Yours truly,
Bhumika Patil
