1. Warehouse warrant: When goods are stored in a public/bonded warehouse, the warehouse keeper issues a warehouse warrant in favour of the owner of the goods. This arrant is a document of title and can be transferred by simple endorsement and delivery. It is a document certifying that the specified goods have been deposited in the warehouse for safekeeping. The ownership of the goods kept in a warehouse can be transferred to the buyer simply by the transfer of a warehouse warrant.
   The warehouse warrant contains the following information:
   
   1. The name and location of the warehouse.
   2. The name and address of the owner of goods.
   3. The date of receipt of goods.
   4. Rent for storing the goods.
   5. The period for which the goods are accepted.
   6. Signature of the owner/manager of the warehouse and of the owner of goods.
2. Warehouse keeper's receipt: This is a receipt for acknowledgement of the goods by the warehouse keeper. It serves as proof of storing the specified goods in the warehouse. It is not transferred by transferring the receipt.
3. Delivery order: It is an order in writing issued by the owner of goods. In it, the warehouse authority is asked to deliver the specified goods to the person named in the order. The warehouse keeper delivers the goods to the holder of the delivery order. The warehouse keeper keeps the delivery order and makes a note about the goods delivered on the warehouse warrant. A delivery order is used when the owner of goods wants to deliver a part of the goods stored in a warehouse to somebody.
   A delivery order contains the following details:
   
   1. The date of issue of the order;
   2. The name and address of the person to whom the goods are to be delivered;
   3. Signature of the owner of the goods.
