  2. Precipitation is lowest in the month of July in Portland and the lowest precipitation is found in the month of February in Melbourne.
  3. In Portland highest precipitation is in the month of December with an average of 162 mm. While the highest value of precipitation in Melbourne is in October with an average of 71 mm.
  4. It rains throughout the year in both Portland and Melbourne.
