Question
Solve: `("9x" + 7)/2 - ("x" - ("x" - 2)/7) = 36`
Solution
`("9x" + 7)/2 - ("x" - ("x" - 2)/7) = 36`
`=> ("9x" + 7)/2 - ((7 xx x - 1("x" - 2))/7) = 36`
`=> ("9x" + 7)/2 - ((7"x" - "x" + 2)/7) = 36`
`=> ("9x" + 7)/2 - (("6x" + 2)/7) = 36`
`=> (7(9"x" + 7) - 2(6"x" + 2))/14 = 36`
`=> (63"x" + 49 - "12x" - 4)/14 = 36`
`=> (63"x" + 49 - "12x" - 4) = 36 xx 14`
⇒ 51x + 45 = 504
⇒ 51x = 504 - 45
⇒ 51x = 459
⇒ `x = 459/51`
∴ x = 9
