If current assets are Rs 2,50,000 and current liabilities are Rs 1,25,000. What will be current ratio?

Solution

Current Assets = Rs. 250000 (Given)
Current Liabilities = Rs. 125000 (Given)

Current Ratio = `"Current Assets"/"Current Liabilities"` = `[250,000]/[125,000]` = 2 : 1
