(ii) Staffing ensures the continuous supply of manpower as an when needed without any disturbances or gaps in time. If there was no staffing there would be a lot of disruption in the flow of work due to the removal of the workforce.
(iii) Staffing does continuous renewal of human resources and sees that there is a continuous flow of human resources, as per the requirement.
(iv) Staffing helps the organization to carry on without stagnating. Therefore, it can be said that staffing is a continuous process.
