To keep up pace with the rapid changes in the business environment, 'Suzon cars', a company manufacturing automobiles for the last thirty years decided to start manufacturing electric cars with Artificial Intelligence technology. With the introduction of Artificial Intelligence, the company had to improve the knowledge and skills of its employees. They wanted that all their employees improve their performance on the current job and are prepared for any intended job in future. This way they would not only be able to increase their knowledge and skills but would also improve their performance. By doing this, the organisation too would get various benefits.
