Question
Two resistors having resistance 4๐ and 6๐ are connected in parallel. Find their equivalent resistance.
Solution
Let ' R be their equivalent resistance of the 4Ω and 6Ω resistors connected in parallel
Then, `1/R=1/4+1/6=(3+2)/12=5/12Ω`
Or, `R=12/5=2.4Ω`
