Solution

  1. Gobar gas is the biogas generated out of 1 cow dung.

  3. The Gober gas plant is an airtight circular pit made of concrete with a pipe connection.
  4. The manure is directed to the pit, usually directly from the cattle shed.
  5. The pit is then filled with a required quantity of water or wastewater.
  6. The gas pipe is connected to the kitchen fireplace through control valves.
  7. The flammable methane gas generated out of this is largely odourless and smokeless.
  8. The residue left after the extraction of the gas is used as fertilizer.
