Solution

S. No. Disguised Unemployment Seasonal Unemployment
1. It is the situation in which an individual appears to be employed but does not contribute to productivity. That is, productivity would remain the same even in his/her absence. It is a situation in which an individual is not able to find a job during certain months of the year.
2. Example: When five people are doing work that requires only three individuals to complete it, the two additional persons are disguised as unemployed. Example: Agricultural laborers find work only during the busy seasons, i.e., sowing, harvesting, weeding, and threshing. This is because of the seasonal character of agriculture in India.
