What is the importance of the Right to Constitutional Remedies?
Solution
The Right to Constitutional Remedies (Article 32) guarantees the right to move the Supreme Court for the enforcement of the Rights conferred by Part-Ill of the Constitution. The Constitution empowers the High Courts also to issue writs or orders for the enforcement of any of the rights.
