Solution
On the slope of the garden, we could plant saplings and smaller shrubs. We can even plant grass on the slope. If rocks or bricks are placed on the side of the slope, then that can also arrest the flow of soil. While watering the garden, it should be done gently. Forceful watering can lead to more soil erosion.
