What were Pt. Nehru’s views about non-alignment?
Solution
Nehru wanted India to follow the non-aligned policy because he wanted India to keep away from the power politics of groups aligned against one another. He felt that the urgent need of the Afro-Asian countries was to use all their resources for the welfare of their own people and not be used by the superpowers to serve their own global interests.
