2x + y - 6 = 0
4x - 2y - 4 = 0
`a_1/a_2 = 2/4 = 1/2, b_1/b_2 = (-1)/2 and c_1/c_2 = (-6)/-4 = 3/2`
Since `a_1/a_2 != b_1/b_2`
Therefore, these linear equations are intersecting each other at one point and thus have only one possible solution. Hence, the pair of linear equations is consistent.

y = 6 − 2x

And 4x − 2y − 4 = 0
`y = (4x - 4)/2`
