Pesticides are chemicals that are used on plants for protecting them against pest infection. They contain various kinds of chemicals which are harmful to humans as well as the environment. There are certain points that should be taken care of while using pesticides like, cover the nose, mouth, and eyes, we need to avoid spilling, splashing, leaks, spray drift, and contamination of clothing and never eat, smoke, drink, or chew while using pesticides. keeping them out of the reach of children. Another important point is to prevent excessive use of pesticides as they also lead to water and soil pollution. Instead one should adopt natural or biological methods to ward off pests.
